If you have decided to be an entrepreneur Gestoria Muñoz is a private character Entrepreneur Attention Point (known in Spanish as PAE) authorized by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism. As such, all the processing for the company incorporation takes place through an electronic processing system developed by the Directorate-General of Industry and SMEs, using a Single Electronic Document (known in Spanish as DUE) and will be FREE.
a) As an Entrepreneur Attention Point (PAE) we can facilitate new companies’ incorporations, the effective start of operation and development, providing information services, documentation processing, advising, and training and support for business financing..
b) We have signed an agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Tourism in order to function as a PAE.
c) PAEs rely on the CIRCE, to incorporate companies, and also on one of its components the STT, Electronic Processing System. In this regard, whenever an entrepreneur decides to institute proceedings for incorporating a company with a PAE, is already using the CIRCE system.
We have a twofold role as PAE:
- To provide information and advising services to entrepreneurs so as to define its business initiatives and help during the first years of activities.
- Initiate administrative procedures of the company incorporation through the Single Electronic Document (DUE).
Services provided by an Entrepreneur Attention Point
- Information about the characteristics of New Business Limited Companies (in Spanish, SLNE), Limited Liability Companies (in Spanish, SRL), Limited Companies (SLFS), Community of Property and Individual Entrepreneurship (self-employed): legal framework, major commercial aspects, tax advantages, accounting aspects, processing systems, applicable regulations. Moreover, they offer information on the existing legal forms in commercial law.
- Processing for company incorporation through the electronic processing system developed by the Directorate-General of Industry and SMEs, using Single Electronic Document (DUE). This service must be provided free of charge and compulsory.
- Information on aids and rewards for creating companies that apply to the project.
- Information on the applicable social security system, allocation criteria, affiliation, quotation, etc.
- General information on interest topics for companies, such as financing, taxation, labour contracting, internationalisation, research, technological development and innovation, business cooperation, etc.
- Reservation of the company name for the SLNE's in-person processing.
